     ·  Din momentul rezervării și până la finalul șederii, personalul hotelului a făcut tot posibilul pentru a afla ce ne-ar face șederea mai plăcută și pentru a ne satisface orice dorință. Comunicarea este un punct forte, și în sensul că ni se oferă informații suficiente la fiecare pas – nici mai mult, nici mai puțin. Am primit camere cu vedere spre deal, astfel că nici cu geamul deschis nu am auzit traficul de la șosea. Curățenie impecabilă în camere, paturi foarte comode. Micul dejun este bogat, variat și, chiar dacă ții regim sau ai alergii, poți găsi multe feluri din care să alegi. (Un singur minus este că în tot complexul nu poți bea o cafea bună – Mall-ul însă este la 2 minute de mers pe jos și, cum intri, imediat la dreapta găsești ;) ). Spa-ul are tot ce ai nevoie ca să te relaxezi (saune, masaj, gheață, piscină, jacuzzi, tepidarium etc.); este aerisit natural, ceea ce a fost un mare plus pentru noi. Mai mult, se poate ieși pe terasa de pe acoperiș, unde sunt șezlonguri, loc pentru fumat etc. În zona piscinei poți comanda și de la bar, și de la restaurant – nu trebuie să părăsești zona și să te îmbraci dacă ți s-a făcut foame. Restaurantul este foarte ok și are prețuri prietenoase (la fel ca întregul complex). Sala de fitness este foarte bine dotată și nu este aglomerată. A fost cea mai bună alegere pentru acest sejur – cu siguranță vom mai reveni.

     ·  Super bohaté snídaně. Vynikající večeřové menu. Welness a ještě lepší obsluha na welness.
     ·  Porouchané ovládání na klimatizaci, pokoj 201, pořád jen topilo a nešla snížit teplota. Madrace na posteli - jedna strana tvrda a tuha a druha strana postele mekká. Opravdu se nám moc dobře nespalo. Ale i přesto, pokud budeme mít možnost, rádi se někdy vrátíme
